- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, and spray with cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil until they are evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the seasoning mix. Stir well.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the oiled chicken wings. Toss until all the wings are well-coated with the seasoning.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not overcrowded, as this will steam them instead of crisping them.
- Bake for 45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
