- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Add all the main ingredients (bananas, flour, eggs, maple syrup, baking soda) to a blender and blend until smooth. If using, stir in any optional flavorings or mix-ins.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. If you are adding mix-ins or toppings, you can stir them into the batter before pouring or sprinkle them on top.
