Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini
For the Sauce
  • 8 strips bacon chopped
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • Slotted spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain the tortellini.
  2. While the tortellini cooks, cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Stir occasionally. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and drain it on paper towels. Pour off the bacon drippings from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, combine the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Heat the mixture through over medium heat.
  4. Stir the cooked tortellini and the crisp bacon into the cream mixture. Heat until warmed through. Serve immediately.
