- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain the tortellini.
- While the tortellini cooks, cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Stir occasionally. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and drain it on paper towels. Pour off the bacon drippings from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, combine the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Heat the mixture through over medium heat.
- Stir the cooked tortellini and the crisp bacon into the cream mixture. Heat until warmed through. Serve immediately.
