Ingredients
  

Baked Brie
  • 8 ounce wheel of brie
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt
Serve with
  • 1 bunch crusty bread sliced
  • 1 box crackers
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1/4 cup candied pecans
  • 1 piece pear or apple sliced
  • 4 ounce salami sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Score a grid pattern into the top rind of the brie with a knife. You can also remove the entire top rind if you prefer.
  3. Place the brie in a baking dish. Top with honey, chopped pecans, fresh thyme, and flaky sea salt.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers like crusty bread, crackers, fruit, or charcuterie.

Notes

This baked brie is best served warm. You can use a small brie baker, a ceramic baking dish, or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
