- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients for the BBQ pineapple glaze. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grates. Place chicken breasts on the grill.
- Grill chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C).
- During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the chicken generously with the BBQ pineapple glaze. Continue grilling, turning once, until the glaze is caramelized.
- Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve with your favorite summer sides like corn on the cob or a fresh salad.
