Method

  4. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until bubbles form and the edges look dry.
  5. Flip the pancake and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
