  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 Tablespoon flour
  • 1.25 cups beef stock
  • 0.5 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Sprinkle onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
