  • 3 Pounds Chicken thighs About 6-8
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Onion powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Remove the chicken thighs from their packaging and pat them dry with paper towels. Arrange the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the chicken thighs with olive oil, rubbing the oil to coat each piece.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Sprinkle this spice mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
