- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still firm to the bite, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the noodles.
- While the noodles cook, blend the tomato sauce and cottage cheese together in a blender or using an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth.
- Spoon a small amount of the sauce mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place a layer of the cooked noodles over the sauce. Sprinkle a portion of the mozzarella, Cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses over the noodles. Repeat this layering process with the remaining sauce, noodles, and cheeses, making sure to finish with a layer of cheese on top.
- Bake the lasagna in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes
This recipe is a foundation for your own culinary expression. Feel free to add herbs like oregano or basil to the sauce mixture for extra flavor depth. If you want a sharper cheese flavor, substitute some of the mozzarella with provolone.
