Ingredients
  

For the Pretzel Treats
  • 24 Pretzel twists
  • 12 oz White chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Vegetable shortening (optional, for smoother melting)
  • 1/4 cup Red sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup Blue sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup White nonpareils

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips and vegetable shortening (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  3. Dip each pretzel twist halfway into the melted white chocolate. Let excess chocolate drip off.
  4. Place the chocolate-covered pretzel on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Immediately sprinkle the wet chocolate with red, blue, and white sprinkles. You can create patterns or mix them.
  6. Repeat with the remaining pretzels.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  8. Once set, serve the pretzel treats.

Notes

Store any leftover pretzel treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
