Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Water or orange juice
  • 1 Green apple
  • 1/2 cup Frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 Frozen banana
  • 1/2 inch Fresh ginger peeled and minced
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 1 small handful Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice

  • High-speed blender
  • Glass

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
  3. If you do not have a high-speed blender, blend the spinach, cilantro, and ginger with the water first to break them down. Then add the fruit and lime juice and blend again.
