- Thread the watermelon cubes and halloumi cubes alternately onto the skewers.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped mint and black pepper.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, until the halloumi is golden brown and slightly softened.
- Remove from grill and let cool slightly. Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired, before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the skewers a few hours in advance and keep them refrigerated. Ensure your halloumi is cut into uniform cubes for even grilling.
