  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon
For the Ground Beef
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 Tablespoon taco seasoning
For Assembly
  • 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 large avocado (or 2 small)

Method
