- Season the meat mixture with oregano, garlic powder, and basil. Stir in the rotini pasta until everything is well combined.
- Add the pasta sauce and chicken broth. Make sure the rotini is completely covered with liquid.
- Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover the skillet, and cook until the rotini is tender but still firm to the bite, which takes 7 to 10 minutes.
- Top the pasta with Parmesan cheese before serving.
