  1. Heat a high-sided 12-inch skillet with a lid over medium heat. Add ground turkey, onion, and garlic. Cook and stir until the turkey is browned, about 8 minutes.
  2. Season the meat mixture with oregano, garlic powder, and basil. Stir in the rotini pasta until everything is well combined.
  3. Add the pasta sauce and chicken broth. Make sure the rotini is completely covered with liquid.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover the skillet, and cook until the rotini is tender but still firm to the bite, which takes 7 to 10 minutes.
  5. Top the pasta with Parmesan cheese before serving.
