- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper. Stir in the olive oil.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and apple cider vinegar.
- Divide the shredded lettuce among four bowls.
- Top the lettuce with the cooked ground beef.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and diced red onion over the beef.
- Drizzle the prepared sauce over each bowl.
