Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs
  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

Equipment

  • Nonstick baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Romano cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in the water and beaten eggs.
  3. Add the ground beef to the bowl and mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into balls and place them on a nonstick baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and evenly browned.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

If you plan to serve the meatballs in sauce, add them to the sauce during the last 20 minutes of simmering time.
