  • 2 medium green peppers cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend

  3. Stir the cooked rice, marinara sauce, and seasoning blend into the skillet with the beef mixture. Mix well.
  4. Stir in the shredded Italian cheese blend until it is evenly distributed.
  5. In a small bowl, toss the seasoned bread crumbs with the olive oil until they are coated. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
