- Add the coconut milk, cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, lemon zest, and turmeric to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the lemon cream mixture into a bowl with the chia seeds. Mix together until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
