- Season the chicken wings with salt, paprika, pepper, and the egg. Let the seasoned wings rest for 10 minutes.
- Mix together the flour, cornstarch, paprika, salt, chili powder, pepper, and Sazon for the batter.
- Preheat your oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Coat the chicken wings in the batter, shaking off any excess coating.
- Let the battered wings rest for 10 minutes before frying them.
- Fry the wings for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown.
- Blend the sliced mango and melted butter. Simmer this mixture, then slowly add the honey, BBQ sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
- Toss the hot fried wings in the prepared sauce. Serve immediately.
