Melt In Your Mouth Chicken

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts slice into 2-3 strips each
  • 1/2 cup milk 122 g
For the Coating
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt 150 g, or mayo or sour cream
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 75 g, divided
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp paprika
  • black pepper to taste

  • parsley
  • chili pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Slice each chicken breast into two or three strips. Place them in a bowl and cover with milk. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, half the grated parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the marinated chicken pieces to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season the chicken with salt to taste.
  5. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the chicken pieces. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top, followed by a little more paprika.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes. Then, broil for a few minutes until the top is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with parsley and chili flakes if desired.
