- In a medium bowl, stir together the almond butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Fold in the oats, then the chocolate chips.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Shape the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls. Each ball uses about one heaping tablespoon of the mixture.
