One-Pan Thanksgiving Cranberry Margarita

Ingredients
  

For the Margarita
  • 2.5 cups Cranberry Juice
  • 1 cup Tequila
  • 0.5 cup Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • 3-4 Limes juiced
  • 1 Orange juiced
For the Garnish and Rims
  • Orange slices for garnish
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Salt for rim
  • Sugar for rim
  • Cinnamon for rim
  • Finely minced rosemary leaves for rim

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and orange juice. Stir well.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare your rim options. In separate small bowls, combine plain salt, or mix sugar with cinnamon for a cinnamon sugar rim, or combine finely minced rosemary leaves with salt for a rosemary salt rim.
  4. To serve, moisten the rim of your glasses with a lime wedge and dip into your chosen rim mixture.
  5. Pour the margarita mixture into the prepared glasses. Garnish with orange slices and fresh cranberries.

Notes

For a mocktail version, omit the tequila and triple sec. You can add a splash of sparkling water or ginger ale for extra fizz.
