Ingredients
  

For the Bark
  • 12 oz White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Pretzels Crushed
  • 1 cup Rice cereal squares
  • 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Red candy melts Optional, for drizzling
  • 1/2 cup Blue candy melts Optional, for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Red, white, and blue sprinkles

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir the crushed pretzels, rice cereal squares, and mini marshmallows into the melted white chocolate until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. If using, melt the red and blue candy melts separately. Drizzle them over the bark.
  6. Immediately sprinkle the red, white, and blue sprinkles over the bark.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the bark is firm.
  8. Once firm, break the bark into pieces.

Notes

Store the bark in an airtight container at room temperature.
