Method
- In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Stir well to combine.
- Add the chopped peaches, pecans or walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon on top of the oat mixture.
- Seal the jar or container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir the mixture and enjoy cold.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness to your preference. If using frozen peaches, you may not need to thaw them completely before adding.
