Ingredients
  

For the Brie
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese 8-ounce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey plus more for drizzling
For the Peaches and Pecans
  • 2 medium Peaches ripe, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pecans chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Butter unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
For Serving
  • 1 bag Baguette sliced
  • 1 box Crackers optional

  • Small skillet

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the brie on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes until the pecans are toasted and fragrant. Remove from heat.
  3. Arrange the peach slices around the brie on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the brie is softened and gooey.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Drizzle the honey over the brie and peaches. Sprinkle the toasted pecans over the top.
  6. Serve immediately with sliced baguette and crackers.

Notes

You can use other stone fruits like nectarines or plums if peaches are not in season. Ensure your brie is at room temperature for even melting.
