Ingredients
  

Smoothie
  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or water
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine the frozen peaches, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use less liquid. You can also add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost.
