Ranch BLT Salad

Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Milk

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, you can add sliced avocado or hard-boiled eggs.
