- Place the frozen blueberries, frozen banana, kale, almond milk, green tea, hemp seeds, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey (if using), and ground ginger into your blender.
- Blend all ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth. Add a small splash of water or extra milk if the mixture is too thick to blend easily.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Garnish with extra blueberries or a small amount of lemon zest, if desired, and serve immediately.
