Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain the beef and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the diced bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and drain it on paper towels. Discard the bacon drippings.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir in the undiluted tomato soup, water, cooked ground beef, and cooked bacon. Heat the mixture through.
- Remove the skillet from the heat. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Cover the skillet and let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve the pasta with barbecue sauce and prepared mustard, if desired.
