  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 slices lemon
For the Sauce (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth for deglazing
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice

Method
