Method
- Combine the frozen watermelon, honey (or agave nectar), and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Serve scoops of the sorbet.
Notes
For a softer sorbet, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey or agave nectar.
