Ingredients
  

For the Coffee Base
  • 2 shots espresso brewed from Starbucks® Veranda Blend® whole bean coffee
For the Drink
  • 2 tsp light brown sugar
  • 6 oz unsweetened oatmilk (or 3/4 cup)
  • 1.5 cups ice
  • 1 Dash cinnamon

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker or mason jar

Method
 

  1. Brew your espresso shots.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine the brewed espresso, light brown sugar, and oatmilk.
  3. Add the ice to the shaker.
  4. Secure the lid and shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold, about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour the mixture into a glass.
  6. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top.
  7. Enjoy your homemade Starbucks-style drink immediately.

Notes

This recipe is a base that you can customize. Feel free to adjust the sugar and oatmilk to your preference. You can also experiment with different espresso blends or add a splash of vanilla syrup for a different flavor profile.
