- Combine the simple syrup, toffee syrup, caramel syrup, and hazelnut syrup in a serving glass.
- Add the espresso to the glass.
- Pour in the whole milk.
- Add the chocolate chips and ice to a blender.
- Pour the contents of the serving glass into the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture back into the serving glass.
- Drizzle with extra caramel syrup before serving.
