Ingredients
  

For the Kabobs
  • 1.5 pounds beef sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large green bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large onion cut into 1-inch pieces
For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper for the marinade.
  2. Add the cubed steak, bell peppers, and onion to the bowl with the marinade. Toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  5. Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add other vegetables like cherry tomatoes or zucchini to your kabobs. Ensure wooden skewers are soaked in water for at least 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
