- Prepare the base liquid. In a jug that holds at least 3 cups, combine the grape or apple juice, green tea, and lemon juice. Stir the mixture.
- Blend the fruit and acai. Add the sliced strawberries, raspberries, and acai powder to a high-speed blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture through a muslin cloth or fine sieve to remove solids. Pour the strained liquid into the jug containing the juice base and stir until everything is fully combined.
- Assemble the drink. In two serving glasses, layer crushed ice and a few slices of fresh strawberry. Pour the prepared drink over the ice and top each glass with a sprig of mint, if using.

For best results, dissolve the acai powder completely by mixing it with a small amount of warm water before adding it to the main drink mixture. If you use green tea, steep it for about 5 minutes to get a stronger flavor. If you want a sweeter drink, add honey, agave, or simple syrup. For a tarter taste, add more lemon juice. You can also add coconut milk for a creamier texture. Store any leftovers in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; shake well before serving again.
