Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries plus optional fresh strawberries for garnish
  • 1 cup milk plus more as needed
  • 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Method
 

  1. In a blender, place the strawberries, milk, yogurt, banana, honey, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk as needed to achieve your desired consistency.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add more frozen fruit. For a dairy-free option, substitute the milk and yogurt with plant-based alternatives.
