Method
- Combine the cubed watermelon, coconut milk, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- If you want a sweeter popsicle, add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
You can add small pieces of fruit or mint leaves to the molds before freezing for extra texture and flavor.
