Watermelon Slush

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen watermelon cubes
  • 1/2 cup water or more, as needed
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, or to taste

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen watermelon cubes in a blender.
  2. Add the water, lime juice (if using), and honey (if using).
  3. Blend until smooth and slushy. Add more water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, freeze fresh watermelon cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet before transferring them to a freezer bag. This prevents them from clumping together.
